GreenPaws provides eco-friendly pet products via a dropshipping model. We reserve the right to update these terms, with changes posted on this page.
You must be 18 or older to use our site or have parental consent.

2. Use of Our Site

You agree to use our site lawfully and not for fraudulent purposes.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms.

3. Product Information

We strive to ensure product descriptions (e.g., biodegradable waste bags, organic shampoo) are accurate. Slight variations may occur due to supplier manufacturing.
Product availability depends on supplier stock. We’ll notify you if an item is out of stock and offer a refund or alternative.

4. Orders and Payments

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline orders at our discretion.
Payments are processed securely via Wix Payments or PayPal. You agree to provide accurate billing information.
Prices include GST for Australian customers, as required by the Australian Taxation Office.

5. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Under the ACL, our products come with consumer guarantees (e.g., acceptable quality, fit for purpose). If a product fails to meet these guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund (see Refund Policy).
These guarantees cannot be excluded, and our liability for breaches is limited to replacement or refund, as per ACL.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our site (e.g., logos, images, text) is owned by GreenPaws or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or distribute it without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, GreenPaws is not liable for indirect damages (e.g., loss of profits) arising from your use of our site or products.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your order, except where ACL guarantees apply.

8. Third-Party Services

We use third parties (e.g., EPROLO, AliExpress) for fulfillment. Their terms may apply to certain services (e.g., shipping).

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, specifically New South Wales. Disputes will be resolved in New South Wales courts.
