GreenPaws is dedicated to delivering your eco-friendly pet products efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines our process for orders placed at greenpaws.wixsite.com/shop, fulfilled via our dropshipping partners.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

2. Shipping Times

Standard Shipping: 10–20 days to Australia, the US, EU, and most destinations, provided by AliExpress Standard Shipping or ePacket.
Premium Shipping: 7–10 days (available at checkout for an additional fee, fulfilled via EPROLO).
Delivery times may vary due to customs, holidays, or unforeseen delays.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.
Free shipping may be offered on select promotions (check our site for details).

4. Where We Ship

We ship worldwide, subject to supplier and carrier availability.
Some remote areas (e.g., rural Australia) may have restrictions or longer delivery times.

5. Tracking

A tracking number is provided via email once your order ships. Track your package through the carrier’s website or EPROLO’s tracking portal.
Tracking may take 2–5 days to update after shipping.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order doesn’t arrive within 30 days (standard) or 15 days (premium), contact us at support@greenpaws.wixsite.com. We’ll work with our suppliers to resolve the issue or offer a refund/replacement per our Refund Policy.

7. Customs and Duties

International orders (outside Australia) may incur customs fees or import duties, which are the buyer’s responsibility. Australian customers are not subject to additional duties but may face GST (included at checkout).
